Phi Phi Island & Bamboo (8 hrs)

Aboard Discovery, a 47-foot Power Catamaran built by Stealth - Asia Catamarans, the Phi Phi Island & Bamboo (8h) tour departs from Phuket on a full-day itinerary that covers genuine ground. The route takes in the celebrated Phi Phi Islands before continuing to Bamboo Island — known locally as Koh Mai Phai — giving the day a satisfying sense of reach rather than a single fixed point on the chart.

Discovery accommodates a maximum of 30 passengers, a scale that keeps things unhurried without sacrificing the inherent stability that a well-engineered catamaran hull provides. The Phi Phi Islands have drawn travellers to this stretch of the Andaman Sea for good reason; their dramatic limestone formations and clear waters remain as compelling as their reputation suggests. Bamboo Island offers a quieter counterpoint — a destination that rewards those prepared to cover the extra distance.

Eight hours on the water out of Phuket gives the Phi Phi Island & Bamboo route room to unfold at a comfortable pace. Discovery is the vessel; this is the itinerary built around it.
